Abstract:

Labor and Delivery can be one of the most litigious specialties in nursing. But by sharpening your knowledge and your documentation skills you can mitigate that risk for you and your colleagues. This presentation will review areas that could potentially put you at risk for litigation and help ensure that your documentation of your clinical practice reflects the great evidenced-base care that you provide.
